Digital Flagship

Designing a digital flagship store that matched the physical retail experience.

Prior to 2014, the biggest tech company in the world still had a fragmented marketing and retail digital experience, with apple.com and store.apple.com being two different properties managed by completely different teams.

Integrating the two experiences, although intuitive, was an organizational challenge due to Apple's structure. So they hired external consultants to guide, design and implement the new website.

I was embedded at Apple for 6 months working as a UX designer. My responsibilities included designing auxiliary pages and elements to this new re-designed apple.com, such as Apple store pages, product accessory pages, Apple for business pages and the global footer.
